There are a number of ministries that run each week at Riccarton Baptist Church. These run on Sunday as well as different times of the week.
The purpose of these ministries is to build community and share our love for our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Children's Church
Our Children's Church runs each Sunday during church service (except in School Holidays). The children do a range of activities which include getting to know the bible, prayer and playing games and having fun. Our passion is to give children the space to know God and experience His awesome love and power. All children from ages 3 to 11 are welcome each week.
Youth Group
Our Youth group meets fortnightly during term time to catch up with each other, play games, talk, pray about what God is doing and have fun. Youth group is on Thursday nights from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at Riccarton Baptist Church. If you're year 7 or up at school, then this is for you!
Worship & Sound Team
The Worship and Sound Team's main purpose is to glorify God and help people to connect with Him by facilitating musical worship each week. The team is made up of a range of gifted musicians and technicians that have a heart to serve God and encourage people to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. We are always on the look out for new people who would like to serve. If you are interested please let us know. The worship team normally meets fortnightly on Thursday night from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm to catch up, practice and pray.
Small Groups
Various groups who meet regularly to open God's word and pray for each other. This is a good way to connect and get to know other people. Let us know if you are interested in joining a small group and we can put you in contact with a small group leader.
Women's Ministry
As women, we meet in weekly small groups, termly gatherings and for larger events. Each time we gather, food seems to feature, as does a good splattering of laughter and friendship. We want to see each woman growing in their relationship with God and thriving in all areas of their lives.
